Chef Kevin Gillespie's passion is incorporating fresh and sustainable ingredients in his dishes. After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta, the Georgia native worked in top restaurants in Atlanta and Oregon before opening Gunshow in 2013. In summer 2015, Gillespie will open his second restaurant, Revival, promising a fresh take on family-style Sunday dinners with a focus on farm-raised and artisan-prepared ingredients. Gillespie, a James Beard Award Finalist and Top Chef fan favorite, released Pure Pork Awesomeness: Totally Cookable Recipes from Around the World in 2015, a follow-up cookbook to Fire in My Belly. Chef Kevin Gillespie is a Georgia native, James Beard Award Finalist and former Top Chef contestant and fan favorite.
