Beach vs. Ibuprofen: Which Heals Chronic Inflammation Better?
According to the American Academy of Pain Medicine, roughly 100 million Americans are suffering from chronic pain.

Chronic pain is usually the result of an injury or trauma, but it can also arise from an autoimmune disease or infection.

Typically, doctors will try to treat chronic pain with medications. But, more often than not, the chronic pain persists and can leave you feeling hopeless and frustrated.

Can you heal your chronic pain from going to the beach or being outside in the sun?

Lynn Webster MD, FACPM, FASAM, discusses how just one hour at the beach can help ease pain in some people as effectively as taking an Ibuprofen, as well as other ways you can ease your chronic inflammation.
