    Soft Drinks Lead to Osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis is a common condition that affects millions of Americans; it causes weakening of bones and leads to an increased susceptibility to fractures and extremly poor posture. Even young women need to take certain measures to protect their bones. New research from Tufts University indicates that there may be more of a connection to the link between soda intake and osteoporosis connection than previously thought. Its not just that soda is displacing healthier drinks in your diet but so much more.
