Millennial Sex Myth: Hook-Ups & One Night Stands
In the new millennium, it seems that younger generations are more open and explicit about sex.

Even though "bringing someone home" after a night out isn't completely new, you might hear more about it in today's society.

In addition, the way young people use apps like Tinder to locate a hook-up has caused many to believe that Millennials have ruined the importance of sex in a relationship.

However, a 2015 study published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior found that today's 20-somethings are actually having less sex (and with fewer sexual partners) than their parents did at the same age.

In fact, according to the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health, the most common number of sexual partners for a person aged 18 to 23 in any given year is one (1), followed by zero (0) and then two (2).

Author Rachel Hills joins Melanie Cole, MS, to discuss the sex myth of Millennials.
