Flexible Dieting: Balancing Between Veggies & Doughnuts
Every day there seems to be a new diet to try that promises to help you lose weight, knock a few inches off your waist, and give you ample amounts of energy.

There also seems to be strict dietary rules you must follow in order to seek these results: avoid gluten, don't eat past 8 o'clock, exercise before you eat breakfast, skip out on dessert, etc., etc.

These tricks may help you shed a few pounds at first, but many people have a problem with keeping the weight off.

However, a new (and growing in popularity) approach is called flexible dieting, which is also known as IIFM. Many bodybuilders, power lifters, and CrossFitters use this diet to help look their best without feeling deprived.

How can you figure out your macronutrients to get the results you've always wanted?

Layne Norton, PhD, discusses the latest trend in dieting and whether or not it works.
