Marianne Eterno began her insurance career in 1987 at the former Golden Rule Insurance Company in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved to Chicago in 1992, when she accepted a position with Celtic Insurance Company. The Affordable Care Act, or ACA, has made important changes to the way health care coverage works for children and families.
According to the ACA, employers with 50-90 full-time employees won't be subjected to penalties for failing to provide health insurance to their employees. However, larger employers may face penalties if they don't make affordable coverage available to their employees.
