There are so many different kinds of milk. What's the best to drink? Whole, non-fat, soy, almond, coconut, etc.?

Cow's milk is okay for less than two servings a day. Go organic. Beware the added hormones.

Almond milk is creamy and lower in calories. It has calcium and isn't a great source of protein.

Ripple is a new milk made with pea protein that will be available in Whole Foods stores starting in May 2016.

Goat's milk is another option, packed with protein and calcium.

Coconut milk is tasty but low in calories. It does have plenty of saturated fat.

Rice milk is great if you have several allergies and a sensitive digestive tract. It does have plenty of calories.

What are some tips for coping with a mentally ill parent?

Acknowledge you have a family member with a mental illness. Grieve the loss, go through the emotions, and educate yourself on your family member's illness. Seek professional help if needed.

How can I fight wrinkles naturally?

Coconut oil, olive oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, almonds, blueberries and tomatoes are all great for fighting wrinkles.
