It's okay. Kitten videos are way more fun than doing dishes. A lot of things are pretty fantastic when you don't want to tackle that to-do list. But, those tasks aren't going to take care of themselves.
That feeling of not wanting to do something that needs to be done is a visceral reaction. You must be mindful, regulate your emotions, and get your work done. It takes conscious effort to recognize what's happening and push past it.
