- Mindfulness. Start each day with meditation or prayer. Offer up an intention for the day.
- Nutrition. Eat a diet that is primarily plant-based. Morning smoothies are a great way to consume many plants at once.
- Fitness. Get 40 to 60 minutes of moderate to intense exercise every day.
- Self care. It’s easy to put yourself last. Take leisure time to care for yourself.
