You may be mindlessly spending money on things you don’t need. It’s easy to accrue consumer debt to attain things you can’t afford or don’t really need.
Former binge consumer Cait Flanders turned her consumer habits around when she examined her debt load and her bank account balance. Cait suggests not shopping for things unless you actually need them. Stop and think about what you’re doing before you do it.
Cait went on a two-year shopping ban to change her spending habits. She created three lists to determine which purchases were allowed: essentials, non-essentials and approved shopping list.
