EP 895B What is Postnatal Depletion?
We all know that pregnancy can be a difficult process, filled with weird food cravings, back pain and annoying nausea.

But, the health issues that come after giving birth are often overlooked.

New mothers can experience exhaustion, pain, forgetfulness, low energy levels, indecision, moodiness, weight gain and foggy thinking.

Dr. Oscar Serrallach, author of The Postnatal Depletion Cure: A Complete Guide to Rebuilding Your Health and Reclaiming Your Energy for Mothers of Newborns, Toddlers and Young Children, calls this set of symptoms "postnatal depletion."

Dr. Serrallach wants to help every mother restore her energy, replenish her body and feel like herself again. He shares the best foods to eat to get your brain back on track, and emphasizes the importance of surrounding yourself with a strong support system after giving birth.

There is a way back to vitality and good health, even years after giving birth.
