Kombucha is a bubbly drink that has taken over grocery store refrigerators across the country. It not only tastes great, it has healthy properties such as probiotics and antioxidants. Plus, it's a healthier alternative to sugary sodas.

Lila joins Lisa Davis to discuss kombucha's health benefits, as well as share some of her favorite DIY recipes.
