- Clean (hand-washing, proper washing/drying of fruits and vegetables)
- Separate (individual cutting boards, keeping counter-tops clean)
- Cook (don't under-cook foods)
- Chill (getting foods in the fridge within 60-90 minutes, know the internal temp of your fridge)
