A US Army veteran, she was medically retired with a Purple Heart following combat tours in OEF and OIF, eventually returning home to NYC to found Pathfinder Labs. She was medically retired with a Purple Heart following combat tours in OEF and OIF, eventually returning home to NYC to found Pathfinder Labs - which connects veterans to resources near them.

Elana tells us what she remembers from the attack, her road to recovery and resilience.
