Erin Cosgrove, an aspiring actor and singer, and is considered a quadruple threat. She can sing, dance and act, then still do an Olympic-distance triathlon. Her first single, Tennessee Lie, has just been released and is available on iTunes. If you search Erin Cosgrove on Google you can find her in TV shows such as Parenthood, Good Girls Revolt and the Reality show called Summer Camp which appeared on USA network. She's written music for major Television shows and makes trips to Nashville on a regular basis to work on her album and co-writes with up coming artists. But she is a fitness enthusiast which helps her keep up with her very busy schedule.

Erin Cosgrove, an aspiring actor and singer, and is considered a quadruple threat. She can sing, dance and act, then still do an Olympic-distance triathlon -- something that runs in her family, with her father finishing the Kona Ironman 21 times.

Being on the road touring isn't conducive to maintaining a fitness routine or eating healthfully, but Erin believes keeping up with exercise and eating right has to become a lifestyle and is able to stay on track by understanding what her body needs, when it needs it.
