Air Date: 2/7/18
Duration: 36:04
Host: Bill Klaproth
Guest Bio: Julie Terrana
Julie TerranaAfter spending 10 years in the Financial Industry, Julie traded in her suits for sneakers and decided to pursue what she had been passionate about for years, and combine that with her experience of creating a better, healthier, and happier life.

As a certified Nutritionist and Health Coach, Julie works with individuals who are on a mission to feel better physically and mentally in order to boost daily energy and productivity. Together, she works with clients to create a customized plan that will take them from where they are today to their best whole self.

Rather than focusing solely on what they should and should not eat, Julie focuses on long-lasting habit changes that provide clients with the proper tools to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Everything in life requires balance. We cannot successfully maintain a lifestyle that restricts us from enjoying the foods we love, or requires us to spend countless hours at the gym. Rather, it is about maintaining a balance that allows you to enjoy life while creating the proper foundation to give you a better tomorrow. Julie believes that it is important to reach the optimal level of physical and emotional health because without one, we cannot enjoy the other.

This has led her to her personal motto, "It’s not about being skinny, it’s about being your BEST WHOLE SELF.”

Dedicating the past 8 years to creating a lifestyle that has led to putting her Crohn's Disease in remission, a successful business, and enriched relationships with loved ones has led to the success of Best Whole Self, and she continues to transform others’ lives in the same manner.
