Allison RobertsonAllison Robertson is a busy mom, wife, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.  Allison made her way into health coaching after a 12-year career as an elementary teacher.  Having a family, working full time, and being up half the night for days on end due to chronic stress and anxiety, played a toll on her health both mentally and physically.  Her sleep deprivation from years of insomnia kept her from being productive in life and a participating member of her family.  She was unwilling to accept sleep walking through life as her destiny.  Allison made dietary and lifestyle changes that helped her start sleeping through the night.  Once she started to live life without insomnia, Allison became a productive member of her family and in control of her life.  As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Allison empowers women to overcome anxiety and stress and conquer their own insomnia.
