Jenn Zerling, MS, CPT (JZ) is a 10-year fitness expert and veteran. She holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and multiple national certifications. She currently works for Cenegenics Medical Institute in Beverly Hills where she is the fitness and nutrition director. She also personal trains, teaches boot camp, yoga, Spinning® classes, and organizes and conducts corporate wellness programs for small companies and the FBI. 

JZ coaches people through lifestyle transformations, so that they can learn sustainable healthy behaviors for life. JZ has managed fitness teams for health clubs including New York Sports Clubs and The Sports Club/LA. JZ has also worked in medical weight loss for Lindora Medical for several years. She presents at fitness conferences and for the Age Management Medical Group (AMMG) Conference and AAHPERD in front of fitness experts, physicians and teachers.  She has also done work for publications including SHAPE magazine, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, Prevention, Yahoo News, and the LA Times. JZ has appeared on Fox TV, NBC, KTLA, KRLA talk radio and ESPN radio.
