Developing a Dementia Intervention Plan

Dementia is term used to describe a decline in your brain health.

This can include the loss of your ability to think, remember, and/or learn. Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia and accounts for 60-80 percent of all cases.

How can you plan a dementia intervention plan if you think someone you love is suffering? What are some of the warning signs you should be watching for?

Stephanie Erickson, a clinical social worker, joins Dr. Mike to discuss dementia, as well the time, planning, and care that must be put in when becoming a dementia patient's advocate.
