Menopause is a natural part of every woman's life.

However, you may not be familiar with all the changes leading up to menopause. This stage is called perimenopause.

Perimenopause usually begins when your body produces less estrogen and your ovaries start decreasing their production of eggs, right up until they stop functioning. You may experience a slew of symptoms during this menopausal transition, ranging from minor headaches to noticeable weight gain.
