For over 40 years, the Women's Fund has been helping young women with their wellness in Houston. But due to COVID-19, they now offer their classes and resources online at no cost to women all over.
The fund does so much above and beyond women's healthcare, beginning their education at a 4th-grade level, and also teach skills like resiliency, and helping parents talk to their daughters.
Andrea Watkins is the Program Supervisor at the Women's Fund and joins Dr. Susanne to talk about its history, mission, the social impacts of COVID-19 & isolation in young girls, and building their YouTube channel.
