  • 6 fresh figs, halved
  • 1-2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ½ TB fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1-2 TB  honey
  • sea salt to taste
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Place halved figs on a plate. Place crumbled feta on top. Drizzle honey over the figs & feta then sprinkle rosemary, salt & pepper on top. Serve.
