Benefits of Adding Probiotics to Your Daily Routine
There are two major reasons that you can age quickly and die earlier than you should.

1. Lack of minerals
2. Lack of proper digestion

That second one is a big one. So, what can you do to promote healthy digestion?

Probiotics are key.

Probiotics are healthy bacteria which help keep you alive; they aid in producing digestive enzymes and maintaining a healthy gut.

You are subjected to "bad" bacteria every day. These bacteria are all around you: in the food you eat and the water you drink. They search out a nice, warm nutrient rich environment, ie. YOU.

Think of your digestive system as its own little Eco-system. It needs diversity to flourish, including good AND bad bacteria to maintain a healthy balance. When you are sick, you have less diversity of bacteria in your system. Illness can be caused by lack of sleep, stress and even antibiotics. This is where probiotics come in.

Probiotics help replace the "good" bacteria and balance your digestive system.

It is important to make Probiotics part of your daily supplement routine in order to maintain optimal health.

In this segment, expert on probiotics, Mitch Sirgent, joins Andrea to talk about the absolute importance of probiotics and how they affect digestion.
