Neuroplasticity: Erasing the Negative, Replacing with the Positive
Have you ever felt like you were simply "stuck" with negative thoughts, anxiety or depression because you figured you were just hard-wired to be that way?

It wouldn't be surprising. Up until the 1990s, even scientists believed that the human brain was pre-programmed to have such an outlook on life.

Since then, however, research has proven otherwise. You are NOT stuck with negative thoughts, anxiety and depression, and your brain is not hard-wired.

In fact, your brain if fully capable of changing and shifting and making differences in your everyday thought processes. This is referred to as neuroplasticity.

Dr. Mark Mincolla is one of those researchers who has found this to be true.

With his "Erase and Replace Plan," Dr. Mincolla has been able to significantly change people's minds in the span of about 16 weeks... all based on the way the brain works.

If you think positive thoughts, you reinforce self-empowerment. Alternately, if you think negative thoughts, you reinforce that negativity.

As little as four minutes twice a day can redirect your thought patterns, simply by thinking and repeating positive and dynamic dialogue. This "wakes up" your nervous system and changes the way your brain functions.

In his experience, Dr. Mincolla has also seen benefits such as weight loss... even though he and his group has never "taught" anything about nutrition or weight loss.

Dr. Mincolla joins Lisa to share ways you can start changing your thoughts and actions, as well as why it's so essential to live in the positive.
