Turn a Burden Into a Blessing
If you've ever been in a burdensome situation, you may have felt helpless and at a complete loss.

Is there a way to turn any burden into a blessing?

As a young single mother with a very ill son, Zhena Muzyka wasn't sure where to turn.

With a ton of hospital bills and no food in the house, she decided that it was time to create something that would provide for both herself and her son for years to come.

Little did Zhena know what would result from her efforts.

With her gypsy grandmother's legacy, she started a tea company using her knowledge of botanicals, herbs and essential oils.

But Zhena took a different approach to tea parties... she firmly believed that tea can heal the body and soul, but it can also help form bonds and relationships.

Zhena decided to put some of the life lessons she'd learned into a book, Life by the Cup: Ingredients for a Purpose-Filled Life of Bottomless Happiness and Limitless Success.

Her goal was to create a book that could be read in the time you have your morning tea or coffee. She wanted to remove readers from the hectic "business of life" and place them into a more mindful state.

Instead of checking emails or Facebook in the morning, you can garner a sense of peace and comfort from life lessons and "words of wisdom."

Zhena truly believes that you can take pain, heartache or any challenge and turn it into a positive.

One of the greatest lessons Zhena learned in her journey?

It's OK to ask for help.

It takes courage, yes; but the benefits are ten-fold. And, when you learn to ask for help, it opens you up to help others as well; it creates fellowship.

Join Zhena as she shares her story with Andrea and Lisa and explains how you too can turn a burden into a blessing.
