How do you feel about your appearance?

If you're not completely satisfied, is there anything you can do to up your confidence?

According to a new Gallup poll, Americans who exercise most feel best about their appearance.

Seventy percent of Americans who exercised at least 30 minutes every day in the past week expressed agreement that they "always feel good" about their appearance, compared to 49% of those who did not exercise for 30 minutes on any day.

If your self confidence is at an all-time low, it might be as easy as walking 30 minutes a day to improve your self esteem and even change your entire outlook on life.
