Metabolic Training: Not Just for Athletes Anymore
You hear so much in the media today about how your metabolism is affected by exercise... if you're exercising, how much you're exercising, what kind of exercises you're doing.

Is it truly possible to speed up your metabolism with training?

It sure is.

Metabolic training is the best best way to get your body revved up and burning more calories than you ever thought possible.

But how do you get that metabolism up? What is, in essence, metabolic training?

And if you're not an athlete, can you still benefit from it?

Listen in as Dr. Michele Olson, Professor of Exercise Physiology, discusses metabolic training and how you too can rev up your engine and get things moving along.
