Being physically active may contribute to your overall health and minimize or delay the effects of aging, specifically when it comes to your bones and joints.

In other words, it may just be the fountain of youth.

Aging certainly takes its effect on the human body, but recent studies show that deterioration of the body and its ability to function are greatly diminished with the use of comprehensive fitness and nutrition routines.

Resistance training, endurance training, and flexibility and balance training can significantly increase the health of your musculo-skeletal system and your overall health.
