Prevent Back Pain with a Proper Diet
If you are one of the lucky ones who doesn't suffer from back pain, make sure you take measures to keep it that way with a proper diet.

Poor nutrition, too much alcohol or drug use can trigger joint pain and inflammation. There are nutrients you need to keep your joints and your body healthy and pain-free.

Omega-3s are a great place to start to reduce inflammation. If you get this nutrient in supplement form, it can do wonders for those who suffer from arthritis or chronic back pain. Other important nutrients can be found in Cumin, Ginger (anti-inflammatory) and resveratrol.

So, if you don't already suffer from back back, why not take these precautions?

Dr. Joe Tatta joins Wellness for Life Radio to discuss the direct connection between diet and back pain.
