One Man's Secret to Living Happily & Healthy into Your 90s
With constant stress, environmental toxins, cancers and health issues like diabetes and obesity drastically on the rise, you might wonder how can you live a long, healthy, and happy life?

91-year-old Jerry Cole isn't someone who you would think would still be living a healthy life.

Cole eats whatever he wants and never exercises, yet he's still is sharp as a tack. Even at 91, he continues to work as a teacher and is able to drive himself.

How can someone with this kind of lifestyle still be around?

For one, worrying isn't in his vocabulary. Worrying can lead to high anxiety and get in the way of actually living life.

Is living a stress- and worry-free life the key to living to be really old?

Cole joins Health Radio to discuss how you can live a long, worry-free, healthy and happy life.
