Blood Type Diet: What to Eat if You’re A, B, AB, or O
When you're trying to lose weight, or if you're trying to find a way to eat healthier, going through a trial-and-error process can be frustrating and might even cause your body to fluctuate with symptoms.

What if you tried eating according to your blood type?

The blood type diet involves eating specific foods that chemically react with your blood type.

For example, blood type A is known to flourish on a vegetation diet based on fruits and vegetables. For blood type O, a high protein diet works best; for type B, eating veggies, certain meats and avoiding dairy; and for AB, you should focus on seafood, tofu, dairy and green veggies.

How can eating according to your blood type help your overall health?

Peter D'Adamo, ND, joins Melanie Cole, MS, to discuss the blood type diet and how it can help you stay healthy.
