Learning to Eat Paleo the Right Way
When it comes to living a healthy life, thousands of laboratories are working around the clock to invent the next "magic" pill, fad diet, or celebrity-endorsed exercise plan.

However, if you're embracing the Paleo lifestyle, you know firsthand, living to optimum wellness is incredibly simple and the answers lay in the past.

But, getting into Paleo is easier said than done.

Paleo has been around for many decades, but in recent years has gained popularity and has actually been revered as one of the top dieting plans.

Also known as the Caveman Diet, Stone Age Diet and Hunter-Gather Diet, the Paleo way of eating focuses on eating wholesome foods containing high protein and high fiber foods, such as leans meats and fish, fruits and veggies, nuts and other healthier fats.

It's an intricate and often-confusing lifestyle that throws many off at the first hurdle.

How can you stay on track while eating Paleo?

Darryl Edwards, MSc, discusses the Paleo diet and how you can stay on track while following this way of eating.
