5 Ways Meditation Can Help De-Stress Your Crazy Commute
From the moment you wake up, you may feel like you're constantly rushed and go-go-go.

If you're one of the millions of Americans who have to commute to work, it may be the only time of the day where you can try to de-stress and relax before your crazy day begins.

Why should you consider meditation?

By practicing meditation, you're able to increase your blood flow and slow your heart rate, feel a deeper level of relaxation, reduce your stress, reduce anxiety, decrease your respiratory rate, and also decrease any muscle tension you feel in your body.

Listen in as Jeff Kober shares the five ways meditation can help you de-stress on your daily commute.
