Most doctors and nutritionists caution cancer patients to restrict their intake of dietary sugar because they feel like it's equivalent to pouring gasoline on a fire.
But, there's new evidence that shows L-fructose, the naturally-occurring sugar found in fruits and vegetables, is not assimilated by human cancer cells and does not promote cancer cell growth.
