Why Is Hospital Lighting Important?
If you've ever had to spend time in the hospital, just thinking about the over-starched gowns, blank walls, and fluorescent lighting could give you nightmares.

In fact, the type of lighting used in hospitals can have a direct impact on healing.

There are four types of lighting: accent lighting, task lighting, ambient lighting, and natural lighting. The most essential type of lighting is natural, since it has the highest healing power.

However, not every hospital room has access to it.
