The Power of an Intervention
There are many stigmas surrounding interventions in mainstream media and popular culture.

People are often scared of them and see them as a negative experience that will ultimately not aid in recovery.

However, an intervention can be an immensely powerful catalyst for someone who needs to start a recovery journey.

Through her work at Connections in Recovery, London Becs has had the opportunity to witness interventions that have changed lives.

London and Erica discuss what an intervention is and what it isn’t.

They also discuss the interventions they have been involved in both professionally and personally.

London offers advice on how to know if it's the right time to conduct an intervention for someone you love.
