Dr. Cletus Bulach was the superintendent of New Lexington City Schools from 1979-1986 and Norton City Schools in Cuyahoga County from 1986-1990. He retired after 30 years of service in 1990. When it comes to bullying, having control is what the bully desires. It is the main thing that is taken away from the victim. The bully, for some reason, has a high urge to get his/her control needs met.
How can you tell if your child is a bully?
Some believe that if a kid's control needs are not being met at home, they will be met elsewhere, such as at school by bullying other students.
