He has served on the faculty of Tufts/New England Medical Center and has also served as past chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at Catholic Medical Center and Director of its Laser Vision Correction Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society and the European Neuro-Ophthalmology Society. He is a member of the editorial staff of the Journal of Neuro-Ophthalmology.
