Throughout the holidays, it can be extremely tempting to just embrace the food and alcohol that surround you.

You may think you can give yourself a break and that you'll start "fresh" in the New Year.

Even though this plan sounds appealing, it could actually backfire and set you back further in your health and fitness goals.
