From Summer to Winter: Working Out in Different Climates
With the seasons changing, the warm sunny air is quickly turning crisp and cold.

You may find your motivation for exercising slipping away, and also find it easier to stay cuddled up on the couch during the winter months.

However, just because it's cold outside doesn't mean you can't switch up your workout routine, where you work out, and put on a few extra layers to get your run in outdoors.

How does working out in different weather conditions affect fuel burn and weight loss?

Listen in as Cristina Panagopoulus, personal trainer for RightFit Personal Training, discusses working out in different climates and weather conditions.
