Finding the Courage to Live Your Truth
As listeners know, host Erica Spiegelman is a big advocate of authenticity.

Authenticity is one of the principles in her book Rewired, and it’s an essential building block for living a happy, safe, and sober life.

But, for people in the transgender community, authenticity can be especially challenging to achieve.

Beck Gee-Cohen has had a truly inspiring and courageous journey on the way to living an authentic life.

In the midst of Beck’s transition, Beck was abusing drugs and alcohol, which was making it impossible to live an authentic life.

Beck discusses finding the courage to live a truly authentic life and how Beck works to help create safe spaces for other members of the transgender community who are striving to live their full truths.
