It may not come to a surprise since around the holidays there is a mixture of stress, overeating, overdrinking, and tons of traveling.

Something you might overlook when it comes to holiday safety is holiday decorations.

In fact, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), approximately 1,300 people are treated each year in emergency departments for injuries related to holiday lights, and roughly 6,200 people are treated for holiday decorations and Christmas tree injuries.
