Treatments for Excessive Tearing
Not all tears are of the emotional variety.

In fact, you have three different types of tears, all with important purposes.

Sometimes there is more to tearing than being sad or having dry eyes.

Excessive tear flow can also be an indicator of eye abnormalities, including loose lower eye lids, blockage, aging, and seasonal allergies.

Dr. Ari D. Abel, Oculoplastic Surgeon, joins host of The Wizard of Eyes, Dr. Robert Abel, to discuss the anatomy of tearing, causes of abnormal tearing, and treatment options.
