Dietary Changes to Prevent Heart Disease
What if we could eradicate strokes, heart disease, cancer, and type-2 diabetes, all by changing our diets?

According to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of The End of Heart Disease: The Eat to Live Plan to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, that IS possible.

Dr. Fuhrman has always been a big proponent of lowering blood pressure with food, not drugs. Based on research, it's been suggested that medications only protect you in the 15-20 percent range. Alternately, dietary changes can raise that to more than 99 percent protected.

While it's a rather bold approach, a large segment of the general population, as well as the medical community, is moving towards this way of thinking.

Listen in as Dr. Fuhrman joins host Lisa Davis to share more about how this approach works and why he thinks it could be the solution to ending heart disease and other chronic diseases.
