Easy DIY Skincare Recipes
Skin care is such a huge part of retaining a youthful appearance. But, you don't want to expose your sensitive skin to harsh products.

Sheetal Rawal, Creator of the Apsara Skin Care line, joins Andrea and Lisa to share a few of her favorite DIY skin care recipes.

Dark Spots
Troubled by dark spots on face? Don’t like the look of these dots and patches in the mirror?

Try the following dark spot home remedy. Use it 1-2 times a week and no more.

1 TSP coconut water
1 TSP papaya pulp (get a spoonful of the fresh fruit and pulp it with a fork)
15 drops of vitamin E or almond oil
Enough mango powder to make a thick paste

Mix very well and apply on your face. Do not go close to the eye area. Wash in 8-10 minutes. Always follow with your serum and lotion right after.

Dry Skin
Here is a homemade remedy that is easy and nourishing to the skin.

1 TSP oat flour (oatmeal can be ground in your kitchen grinder)
1 TSP mashed banana
10 drops of sunflower oil
5 drops castor oil

Mix well into a smooth paste. Add some warm water if needed to thin it out. Apply on your skin and let it stiffen up for about 12 minutes. Then wet the mask with warm water and massage in with circular, upward strokes for about three minutes. Rinse and apply your serum and lotion for your skin type.
