Seagan Eating: Lure of a Healthy, Sustainable Seafood + Vegan Diet
Sticking to a strict vegan diet can be a challenge and it isn’t for everyone. Some occasionally (or willingly) fall off the wagon, some are looking for a less militant but still very healthy diet, and some might want to try it out without going whole hog/cold turkey all at once.

If you fall into any of these categories, perhaps you should try seaganism.

Former vegans Amy Cramer and Lisa McComsey (authors of The Vegan Cheat Sheet) know they might get raked over the coals by die-hard vegans for their new release, SEAGAN EATING: The Lure of a Healthy, Sustainable Seafood + Vegan Diet, but it was a simple choice they made to stray the healthy way.

Why the one allowance for seafood? Because it contains healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which help protect against heart disease, cancers, high cholesterol, depression, and more.

However, not all fish is good fish. Many varieties are high in contaminants, some are over-fished and suffering from population decline.

Amy and Lisa join host Lisa Davis to help you navigate through these issues and guide you to an accessible, healthful lifestyle.
