High Blood Pressure: The Silent Killer
High blood pressure, measured at 140 mmHg over 80 mmHg or higher, is aptly called “the silent killer” because it typically has no symptoms.

Although this condition often flies under the radar, it can lead to stroke, an enlarged heart, congestive heart failure, atherosclerosis (damage to and subsequent narrowing of the arteries), mental decline, kidney and eye damage, and early death.

According to the American Heart Association, one in three adults in the U.S. suffers from high blood pressure.

Join Dr. Jeff as he discusses the risk factors that can make you vulnerable and natural ways to bring the pressure down.
