Naturally Heal Anxiety & Other Health Concerns
A little anxiety is a good thing. It's your body's natural response to certain situations.

Too much anxiety can be debilitating.

Emotions affect your health in so many ways, weakening various parts of your body and manifesting as physical symptoms such as stomachaches, headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath, etc.

There is also the theory of the gut-brain connection, where your microbiome might be the root cause of your anxiety issues.

Carolyn Harrington joins host Lisa Davis to share some simple ways to reduce your anxiety symptoms, including a specific breathing exercise as well as the practice of Tapping.

Connect with Carolyn at her website, www.carolynharrington.com and read a blog post her daughter wrote on anxiety.
