Heavy Metals: Fatigue Culprits
Environmental toxins are ubiquitous. Heavy metals are hidden in our water, food, air and the products we use.

These heavy metals can disrupt endocrine function, cause mitochondrial impairment, stimulate neurological problems, and turn on or off genes that set off chronic symptoms and sometimes disease.

Aluminum, arsenic, tin, cesium and thallium are all heavy metals that contribute to fatigue. They poison enzymes that transfer nutrients into your mitochondria, resulting in that tired feeling.

Take control of your health where you can. Eat foods that support detoxification. Taking binders can help remove the unwanted metals from your body. Your health symptoms may be improved.

Listen as Wendy Myers joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to share her experience detoxifying from heavy metals.
