Necessary changes may seem tough, but you can push yourself through it. Relationships, jobs and residences can urge to change.

Motivational speaker Cornell Thomas assures that it’s okay to be human. You may experience the five stages of grief when a change is coming. Change is uncomfortable. The only way through is to push through the discomfort.
